Dr. Bob Casanova founded the practice and became a nationally respected and highly sought-after specialist in therapeutic and educational placements. Building on this strong foundation, Rosa Toral, LMFT, later joined forces with Dr. Casanova, bringing her professional experience, insight, and authenticity to the work.
Today, Victoria Rohrer, LMFT, serves as the lead consultant, continuing the mission and guiding families through the placement process. As a licensed mental health professionals, she brings a unique and specialized perspective to therapeutic educational consulting. Her clinical training, professional education, and therapeutic experience inform every aspect of program evaluation and decision-making.

Victoria Rohrer is a Therapeutic and Educational Consultant, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-owner of the group practice called Sonoma Valley Family Therapy. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento in 2014 and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dominican University of CA.

As a Therapeutic & Educational Consultant, Victoria specializes in developing personalized recommendations for Therapeutic Placement for teens and adults. These programs provide clinically sophisticated treatment for young people who are struggling with significant emotional, behavioral and psychological issues. Since delving into the consulting world, Victoria has endeavored to obtain the depth of knowledge and information necessary to provide customized program recommendations. She continues to remain inspired by the dedication of the staff and sophistication of these programs.

Victoria served as a Clinical Director-At-Large for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) for the 2022-2024 term. She also served as an Executive Board Member for her local Redwood Empire chapter of CAMFT. Previously, she worked as a Clinician for the Sonoma County Behavioral Health CAPE program facilitating suicide prevention trainings, short-term counseling, crisis assessment and intervention services for teens and adults. At her group practice, Victoria currently provides mental health counseling to adults, teens, couples and families. Victoria has experience providing treatment for depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, ASD, identity issues, communication challenges, and trauma.
